It has now been well over two months since the unfortunate cancellation of our MM 2011 event. Since then, Go Ventures has worked diligently to refund or exchange tickets for customers who have requested them. As of December, we have refunded or exchanged thousands of tickets, and we continue to honor refund requests. Given that most refunds have already been processed and there is compelling need for Go Ventures to move forward with upcoming events, INCLUDING MONSTER MASSIVE 2012, we are compelled to place an end date on such requests.
THIS IS TO ADVISE THAT FOR THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO CONTINUE TO HOLD MONSTER MASSIVE 2011 TICKETS AND WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST A REFUND OR AN EXCHANGE, THE FINAL DATE TO MAKE SUCH A REQUEST WILL BE JANUARY 14, 2012

GROOVE TICKETS - Customers who purchased tickets through Groovetickets online or with credit card at an outlet will automatically be credited for their purchase. If you purchased tickets a Groove Tickets Mag Card with cash at a Ticket Outlet, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on receiving your refund.
RETAIL STORES - Customers who purchased paper tickets at a Ticket Outlet must fill out the refund form and mail in their hard tickets to Go Ventures.
Please be sure to fill out all information on the form and attach the original tickets to the form when mailing. Make a copy of the ticket(s) and the form for you to keep on file.
If you would like to exchange your ticket, it can be traded for a Together As One or Monster Massive 2012 ticket. Write on the refund form that you would like to exchange your ticket, let us know for which event, and we will exchange the tickets.
